If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product or program, you may request a refund by emailing tfambro@buildbodywealth.com or calling (404) 590-6883 within 7 days of purchase. IMPORTANT: refunds requested after 7 days will not be granted.

Orders are shipped within 5 business days. U.S. customers should allow up to 14 business days to receive orders. International customers should allow up to 4 weeks. If you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please email us at tiffiny@buildbodywealth.com

Money-Back Guarantee and Return Policy

We will accept returns on any hardcopy item purchased directly from our secure Shopping Cart, BodyWealth & WellBeing, LLC, for any reason, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned items must be returned clean or we may refuse to issue credit.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item.

When returning items, please expect a slight delay if using USPS standard mailing. We also recommend sending an email to our response team at tfambro@buildbodywealth.com  to notify us that you have returned an order. This will ensure that your mailing is properly received and handled as promptly as possible.

Canceling An Order

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled; however it may be returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order.

Address Corrections

When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package.

International Orders

The customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order will be billed back to you using the credit card on which your original order was charged. By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
