One-on-One Personal Training

Personal training sessions focus on building strength, burning fat and shaping client’s body according to client’s goals.  Personal training sessions are exclusive to women only and last 1hour.  Sessions may go up to but not exceed 1 hour, 15 minutes.

  • Single Session rate: $80
  • 4 sessions: $70/session ($280)
  • 8 sessions: $60/session (2 payments of $240, paid monthly)
  • 12 sessions: $50/session (2 payments of $300, paid monthly)

Travel expense: free within the Atlanta city limits. $0.50 per mile starting outside the city limits.

Travel expense outside of state – per consultation

Should a session exceed scheduled time frame due to client, the client will be charged $10 for every additional 15-minute increments. View training policies here.
