One-on-One Personal Training
Personal training sessions focus on building strength, burning fat and shaping the client’s body according to client’s goals. Personal training sessions are exclusive to women only and last 1 hour. Sessions may go up to but not exceed 1 hour, 15 minutes. All sessions are completed in a monthly time frame.
All sessions paid monthly.
- 40-minute Session: first assessment rate: $0
- 1 session per week for 1 month: $80/session ($320, paid monthly)
- 2 sessions per week for 1 month: $70/session ($560, paid monthly)
- 3 sessions per week for 1 month: $60/session ($720, paid monthly)
Travel expense: free within the Atlanta city limits. $0.50 per mile starting outside the city limits.
Travel expense outside of state – per consultation.
Should a session exceed scheduled time frame due to client, the client will be charged $10 for each additional 15-minute increment. View training policies here.\
