Small Group Training

Small group training consists of 2-3 people, no more than 4. This program focuses on building the groups strength, burning fat and keeping each other accountable to meet fitness goals.

All sessions paid monthly.

  • 1 session per week for 1 month: $50 per person ($200 per person)
  • 2 sessions per week for 1 month: $40 per person ($320 per person)
  • 3 sessions per week for 1 month: $30 per person ($360 per person)

Travel expense: free within the Atlanta city limits. $0.50 per mile starting outside the city limits.

Travel expense outside of state – per consultation.

Should a session exceed scheduled time frame due to client, the client will be charged $10 for every additional 15-minute increments. View training policies here.
